My mother ordered a sign for my grandparents, which came broken. Whoever the (ignorant) owner is, decided to reach out to my mum and asked her to contact whomever on WhatsApp, to which my mum received no reply for 19 hours, then once they did decide to reply, they decided to spam my mum with messages, to which my mum didn’t reply as she was busy working from home, and then decided to message my mum saying I’ve had no reply for 55 seconds, very poor service (being sarcastic). Do not buy from this seller, they are ignorant, with very poor customer service skills. Would not recommend.
