The original bottle was damaged in transit and Hazel managed to arrange for a newly engraved bottle to be dispatched the same day so that it arrived in time for the wedding. Most impressive! It arrived with about an hour to spare. Fantastic turnaround and customer service.

Great customer service received from EngraveGifts. I found them following a request to find an urgent personalised gift. I needed someone to be able to personalise, gift wrap and despatch the gift as soon as possible. I ordered late on Wednesday and by early Friday morning, the bottle of champagne had been perfectly engraved, gift-wrapped, dispatched, delivered and was waiting for me at work. I would have no hesitation in recommending this great company.

Received The Grey Goose Vodka with a wooden box. Looks good ..BUT the bottle when put inside the box is very tight!! Reported it to Engravegift...There reply was it's a snug fit!! I would say VERY snug.Does take some force to remove the bottle once inside!!!!

I wanted a gift for my best man and thought an engraved bottle would be a good idea. I used their Facebook chat to get all my questions answered. Ended up with image engraving aswell as text and it looked amazing! They were really helpful when I wasn't sure what image to use and advised what comes out best. Will definitely be using again.
