Its ironic that such a good company is let down by its suppliers; namely Parker Knoll who failed to meet a 20 to 22 week lead time and sent sample leather swatches out 4 weeks before delivery was due. A wee bit late......... Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

We found what we were looking for in a Parker Knoll lounge suite, and although we had to wait many months for delivery that was entirely due to the manufacturers. The delivery people were friendly and patient dealing with some slight access problems, and we are very happy with the entire experience. We would recommend Englishman's Castle to all.
