Went for Sunday lunch, can obviously tell this is chain food, everything was frozen from the mash, ‘roast potatoes’ and veg…..when the waiter came to ask if everything was ok when she came to clear the table, when I responded ‘no, not really’…..her response was ‘oh was it not, I’m sorry about that’ and then walked off, thankfully we never left a tip with customer service like that
