First class (and beyond) customer service. The team are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I was exploring electric motorcycles for several months before buying. All questions were helpfully answered, with no pushy sales nor judgement (as I tried to make sense of things). When it came to buying there was no hard sell, just plenty of understanding and support. Picked up bike on Wednesday and absolutely love it! (after sales support is also great, as had a few questions which they were able to help with). Big shout out to Nathan and Oli in particular for all their help - awesome place to buy an electric motorcycle! :-)

Had an excellent visit at their Demo day in early July '22. I'd never tried an electric bike before and the staff were happy to chat about various models answering all my daft questions before sending me off on a stress-free ride down some lovely local roads. On returning (having done 2 laps as I enjoyed it so much) they were keen to let me try pretty much anything I fancied, so I took them up on a second similar bike, ditto re laps. Honestly, they'd have been happy to let me try them all but I ran out of time. The bikes' performance knocked my socks off and I've been raving about them ever since my visit. Nice people, decent bikes and an interesting setting, well worth a visit if you're on the fence about whether electric bikes are 'any good'. Spoiler alert - they are!
