My aunt is a resident there she has recieved some odd bruising on her side i questioned this to only be met with the rudest manager i have ever dealt with she is quick to throw big words around but has no skills to deal with anything . The whole residents have been treated for scabies and bed bug bites that suggest clenliness an issue . My aunty seemed a little off guard when asked is every thing ok and she looked scared to answer dont put your loved ones here not great at all .

Please dont put your relatives in this care home. The manager has no idea what she is doing and is completely unable to manage her staff. Some of the staff are genuinely caring for the residents but some are just there for the money and for what they can steal from thee residents. This home has the potential to be an outstanding home but has recently been inspected by the CQC for its lack of managerial expertise.

My mother spent her last 6 months in the dementia unit at Engleburn and the staff caring for her were truly exceptional. She wasn’t just treated with respect and dignity but genuine love and that is something no amount of money can buy.

I don't understand the low rating. My Gran has been a resident for a few months now and we can't be happier. Staff are all fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The food is good and there is daily entertainment.
