I used Englands on a couple of recent conveyancing matters after a disappointing performance by another agent. Englands soon had things moving and, despite some frustrating challenges from "the other side", I received a very good service from a friendly and down to earth team. Craig and Sam probably deserve special mention for patience in the face of adversity and generally allowing me to sound off. I would definitely recommend them.

“I cannot recommend Englands Estate Agents highly enough.I found Sally and all of her team highly professional and competent at all times. They were patient, super-responsive and politely but firmly honest about my expectations for selling my house. They advised me about improvements I should make to the house before putting it on the market. Crucially, they also also advised me not to waste any money on other “improvements" I would not gain any clear financial benefit from. No-one knows Harborne and its environs like Sally and Richmond, who between them have literally decades of experience of this particular market. Finally, they are easy-going, positive and charming people to work with and through the inevitable rollercoaster that is selling a house. What more can you want? If you are going to sell a property in this area, there is only one agent you should be doing it with: Englands. Like Mr Statham, if I could give 6 stars I would”
