Love cricket but don't bother with the shop online. Takes nearly a month to get an order with no update once they've taken the money. Emailed several times and ignored. Messages several times and ignored. Really bad customer service. Update 29/8/21 Item finally arrived after 4 weeks. Defective on receipt. Stitching coming away on collar. Returned (tracked) on 18/8 and am still waiting for refund despite the fact they received on 19/8/21 Update 1/9/21 They finally acknowledge receipt of returned and tracked item. Will take 7 days to return money! Just been emailed. Apparently they have trouble with PayPal so if I don't give them other banking info it'll take 28 days to get refund. As they can't even spell my name correctly I'm not giving them any further banking information.
