Budget Innovation

Terrible Service. Cancels orders days after payment is made citing out of stock for 6+ weeks but continues to advertise same products stating plenty of stock. I'm an engineer and such suppliers are no mate of mine ! Uprated due to a better experience where supplier delivered fitting on time and at a decent price.

Ordered Sunday promised Wednesday ...after motor had not arrived on Wednesday nor by mid afternoon Thursday we chased up by e mail late Thursday to be told the motor had been returned by the courier due to lack of mobile number(?) but motor "was being dispatched for delivery Monday" Our Request to ship for Sat delivery replied with " our couriers do not deliver Sat or Sun" ! Engineers Mate made no attempt to speed delivery using express services.. When motor had not arrived by 3;00 on Monday a phone call to Engineers Mate confirmed delivery was expected Tuesday!! Basically a load of missed delivery dates and dodgy promises......
