Do not recommend you use this service. Nice people when you initially reach out - as soon as you can’t pay the inflated price customer service goes down the drain. My car was serviced before I took it in for engine repair , I was then given a report that stated I had to pay to repair things that had been changed a week prior. They’re scammers. When I refused to treat my car for the extortionate price they were asking, they gave me two days to get my car out of their garage before charging me a £50 per day holding fee. At this point my car was a non runner so this wasn't something to easily organise. They told me they couldn’t keep it in their garage because they had loads of cars coming in and there would be no space. Yet it then took them over a week to drop my car back . They didn’t even coordinate this properly , so my car arrived when I wasn’t home and the delivery man had to leave my car unattended and unlocked. Total shambles , waste of money , worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Absolute shambolic experience. DO NOT take your vehicle here. YOU HAVE BEEN WORNED!! Lies upon lies, extremely over priced, customer service poorly managed no accountability for anything, they use you vehicle for personal use and lie its still being fixed... Initially quote was for £2000 but ended up paying more than tripple that amount over £6000 It's funny how all the 1 star reviews have similar experiences....makes you question their 5 star reviews????? No actually manager onsite to talk to who can take responsibility for their errors and ammend them. They all hide but push these 2 little kids called Dan/Charlie who have no life experiences and give it away so easily when they are LIEING. I have been driving for over 20 years and this is the worse experience I have had. Even experiences from my early stages of driving wasn't this bad. ONCE AGAIN, YOU HAVE BEEN WORNED!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

Expensive, the cost initially quoted was not clear in terms of what was expected to be carried out and the actual cost was more like 4 times what was initially quoted. Slow, the whole process took from 1st Nov 2022 until 3rd March. 2023 - thats over 4 months. I never received any update from the staff unless i called in, and almost every week I was told it would be ready the following week. When I collected the car there was damage on the bonnet and the engine cover had not been fitted and thought to be lost. I was advised that these would be replaced/repaired at the 500 mile service.

Wanted to mention a massive congrats to the team for fixing our company vehicle. The bmw estate is much more responsive, less juicy on our regular runs and it just feels dismally smoother. Totally turns the 5am runs into a breeze rather than the starting and running up to temperature issues we are used to. Big thanks from us including all the dogs and pups !
