As soon as I needed a job, I contacted Grace and she was able to find me a job after not being in work for 2 years. Grace will go above and beyond to find the school that will suit your every need. She listens to what you like and what you don't like and is willing to keep searching until you find what suits you best. She is always available to respond to you throughout the whole day. No matter the time Grace is always there and she never gets frustrated or upset. Her attitude is a literal representation of her name. She has shown me so much kindness and goodness even when I ask really silly questions. If there is something you don't understand or need to find out about, she will go out of her way to help you resolve the situation and she will get back to you very promptly, whether it's to do with the payslip not making sense or any timesheet issues. I have signed up to many agencies but I continue to go back to Engage because of Grace!
