Shockingly unprofessional. Openly tries to encourage bidding wars on properties, even after an offer has been accepted. Buyer beware. I thought gazumping had stopped. The agent should just offer the vendor a modern day auction if this is what you're really offering. Although, your not Ebay are you Jamie @ Enfields. Hope the chain breaks down or the new buyers can't get a mortgage. Interestingly, 48% of properties are being over valued by agents and subsequently re valued by mortgage companies and then the sale breaks down.
