It's a train station, what more can I say? There was a light and slight breeze, quite enjoyable. The train was already there, but it was at the end of the line, so that was expected. Overall, I'd say it I loved it😁.

so this morning heading to the train station to go to work as you do only to be yelled at that the trains are cancelled because of the bustly winds even though the train timetable was not yet updated the staff really need to be trained on what Good customer service looks like because that is not it would of been Common sense to have to put a sign up as commuters entered the station that says to them the trains are cancelled please use Enfield chase for your alternative route instead of being yelled at and told in a rude way The board has not been updated yet! Please pass this on to the Tfl managers as this is unacceptable way of speaking to customers

SATURDAY 12:05 A LADY WITH A TFL UNIFORM ( ENFIELD TOWN STATION ) TOLD ME THAT I WAS “ RUDE AND I DONT UNDERSTAND NOTHING” & EVERYONE MUST HAVE A BSNK CARD IN THIS COUNTRY “ , MY QUESTION IT WAS ? “WHY ONLY I CAN USE BANK CARD FOR SIMPLE PERSON “ “IF MY CARD ITS REGISTERED AT TFL IF STILL THE SAME “ SIMPLE QUESTIONS THAT I RECEIVED A NO INFORMATION A NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TFL EMPLOYEE. STILL THINKING WHY THIS LADY SPEAKS LIKE A DICTATOR IN THE WAY TO FORCE EVERYONE HAVING A BANK CARD ….

Beyond useless.. a Spurs match day and the last possible train to make the game in time (12pm train) is cancelled due to driver shortages.. yet by the time the next train went at 12.21 the 12.53 train had already been sitting there a good 5 mins. So tfl call driver shortages but yet we had two trains sitting in the station doing nothing? Spurs put a lot of money into redevelopment of white Hart Lane station and this is not the first time tfl have failed to provide a service this season.. First home game of the season was a Sunday game yet "planned engineering" forced a closure, which could have happened on a non match day... to make it worse today the so called customer service assistant failed to give any valid reason and instead hid behind an automated tannoy announcement stating cancelled because of lack of drivers.. I understand staff issues as I have that in my job but poor customer service and two trains both sitting there doing nothing is a slap in the face to the customers.. sort it out tfl!
