    Can’t get hold of the registrar have tried for over 3 weeks rang 24 times. Spoke to council directly 3 times who keep saying “they will call back” I rang this morning and the person had just walked into the office so they were not able to speak this was at 10am. How inconsiderate of me to disturb them while eating breakfast. I have fillled out their form online which states they call back after 5 days 3 seperate times. And surprise surprise they still have not rang. My final option is to train a pigeon to fly with a letter as I feel a rodent may have a better chance of getting in contact than I have had.
