This review is purely for the department responsible for collecting (or not collecting) household healthcare waste bins. For the past 10 years, I've gone through the online booking process to arrange the collection of my father's clinical waste bins. This service is needed every 4-5 months. With full confidence, the collection never happens. I go through the process a few more times. The collection never happens. I go through the 'Missed a collection' process, or raise a complaint, and finally, the collection happens. Useless. Why offer a service you cannot deliver.

What an absolute joke this council is. I have lived in the borough now for just shy of six months, and within this short time, our communal recycling bins have not been emptied when they should have, around four times. They are just left to overflow. To top it all, the council tax has just gone up, while the service has dwindled down dramatically. Why do we pay our council tax again? Oh yes that's right, we'll go to prison if we don't. Shame on you, Enfield council.

Same as another reviewer- paid for green bin and nothing has turned up, for two weeks despite chasing. They’ve taken the direct debit though… And the customer service phone number cuts out after its many pre-recorded messages have ended.

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating. Paid for new green bin subscription. New bin has not been delivered and I have chased up several times

Dealt with the mutual exchange team - namely Angelica W - was extremely helpful. She responded quickly and efficiently even when the other landlord was unhelpful and their processes were convoluted. Without Angelica the wanted new tenancy date would not have been agreed. She is a credit to the team and organisation!
