Wow really enjoyed today The smell as you enter the room is divine aromatherapy and a very warm welcome from Lou. Flowers on table breathing session and choosing your reflection cards. Lovely group of six and we all made a face. Will recommend you try it. And a cat joined us very friendly.

Enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with Lou making gingerbread clay houses. The atmosphere is calm, and although we were working with clay, it wasn't at all messy. A great introduction to working with the material, Lou is excellent at explaining the steps and doesn't rush you. And I'm very happy with my finished houses!
