I'd just been to VW in Walton where the salesman was stereotypically dreadful, whereas Harry was brilliant from the moment he welcomed us when we arrived. I found an XC90 on Auto Trader, and contacted the dealership through the app. I had a swift reply from Harry Pollard, who answered all my questions efficiently and sent a video walkaround of the car. As I was travelling over 200 miles, it was important to me that the description and presentation of the car were accurate. Harry was quick to respond and clear in his answers. On the day I viewed the car, everything was prepared for a smooth and efficient transaction once I was happy with the car. Harry was friendly, very knowledgeable and free from the empty waffle you so often experience during the car buying process.
