The best cars, so far .... it is a shame that they go electric with the most models to folow the politics. We will see in 10 years how many cars will be abandoned because of the incapacity of the people to repair them... Sad.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. Went there today to ask to see one of the v90,receptionist went to ask someone from sales team to cone and help,10min after,he returned saying that 'everyone is busy because is end of the month, so we can't really help you'. If I came in in shorts , it doesn't mean that I am not able to afford a car. Awful really, we wanted to buy one of the volvo cars,not a brand new one,but definitely one of them used ones,but never seen volvo in person, and really wanted to see how big it is and what v90 can offer. Poor management! The manager in this place should really treat everyone as a customer! Never go back to this place again!

We purchased a Volvo for our daughter several months ago. We paid a deposit and as we lived outside the London area we were promised video and pics of the car we bought. They took weeks to come, we were passed around as we had reserved the car, nobody bothered with us. On the day we drove up to pick up the car, it was damaged. we agreed to take a baby car seat in exchange and left. My husband left a negative review. The pre ordered car seat failed to arrive and we were told as we had left a negative review we were not going to get said seat unless we removed the review. This upset my pregnant daughter, and in my book amounted to blackmail. The Manager was contacted and seat was eventually sent. Salesman destroyed the new owners transfer slip and did not send to DVLA, Months later, I have done this myself despite being promised by Volvo manager it was done and delayed due to covid backlog, almost a year later we now have ownership of our Volvo. You decide.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY THROUGH I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND SERVICE.I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO HAVE THEIR VOLVO SERVICE. Poor customer service, and could not provide any help at all. I definitely will not be buying a Volvo as my next car! The short story goes, the alternator belt on my XC60 snapped as I was driving to Luton Airport, thus the battery did not recharge, since I am not covered by Volvo assist I could not bring the car the dealer. Not only did they not help, they hung up on me and offered no assistance or advice. I am still stuck in Luton ! Volvo again, NO WAY

Poor customer service at Collindale branch. Looking to buy a Volvo last week however we was not approached by anybody working there. Lady at front of house was just playing on her phone. Sales assistant completely avoided eye contact. Will visit Watford branch this weekend.
