I called to find out if there was a particular part I desperately needed to repair my Sons S60, everywhere else told me it would take 7 days to get the part in, when I spoke to Adrian at High Wycombe, he said I’ll try my best to get the part in today, not only did he get the part that day, he kept me updated. Lazy, un-professional behaviour. Don't care about customers. Been putting up with this for years because they are in a convenient location. Called today to order a standard part, needed it today. Parts person didn't even look it up, just didn't care and said they wouldn't be able to get it for today. 25 years I've been using Volvo dealers, they're failed to get a part for the same day before. How on earth do they fix cars coming into the garage?

Visited High Wycombe service centre with no appointment after receiving a low battery warning for an XC60 key. Absolutely outstanding service from Matt who changed the key battery and then proceeded to conduct an informal series of checks on vehicle set up as the vehicle had been delivered by a lease company with no such checks. Very many thanks for providing a an outstanding level of service.
