An absolute mockery of service! Won a pair of Nikes in a raffle. these arrived in a pretty damaged box. When I buy sneakers I want the sneakers and the box to be undamaged; response from END.; you can send them back which cost me AGAIN € 15, -. Not even offered to reimburse part or all of the shipping costs. Simple for me now; no more purchases and the app has now been removed from my phone. Rude and arrogant fortunately there are more than enough other shops that know what service means. Solebox, Oqium, Nike, etc. This is the END. for me!

I do not usually write bad reviews, but this is well deserved. I have placed an order 3 times and experienced 3 completely different issues. Although there was stock available, I haven't received my 1st order and it has been cancelled by END. (Also, the product has never been out of stock on their website) They offered to send a smaller size, which didn't fit and I returned. I haven't yet received the refund or confirmation that the product has been received by them. (It's been 4 days since I got notified by the Royal Mail that it's been returned) Since I've been told that there are 2 more stocks available in my size, I've replaced another order while waiting for my refund to be issued. However, I received trainers, which are 3 sizes smaller than what I have purchased. Now, they are saying it is out of stock. I think at this point, they are just sending what they have in stock and hoping I wouldn't call back. I've been stalled and tricked into buying the same product 3 times. On top of this it takes at least 3 days to receive a reply to emails and at least an hour to be called back. They did not compensate in any way. They are holding funds for 2 products and delaying the refund. I have no trainers in hand. Wasted 3+ weeks trying to receive the correct order I have purchased, plus many more hours trying to communicate with them. I do not recommend using their website at all - buy it from the original brand's website.

Do not use END online! In store is perfect but online is terrible. I have placed 2 orders with them in the past couple of months, the first order I received pink joggers instead of a white t shirt, I sent this back and asked for a refund and I never received an email back or my money, I have sent 3 emails now and not a single response. I have literally been robbed. The second order, I bought 3 t shirts and I only received 2, I did not get an email saying the t shirt was out of stock and I didn’t receive any information about getting a refunds once again. I have sent 2 emails about this order and received nothing again. I am now down £40 and it seems like I can do nothing to get it back. I will not be using END again. Much better places to order from online in my opinion.

Good range and prices but delivery and after service is pretty shocking. Next day delivery is 50/50 at the best of times. You can't rely on them for anything important which is a shame since they carry everything! Here's a tip - split big orders into multiple parts and cross your fingers some of it comes on time :O

Disastrous shipping and awful customer service. My parcel was returned on customs as with a lot of people. No explanations, i was told it was sent back. Instead of that it was refunded with no explanations. Premium goods and third world customer service. I dont recommend anyone order in this shop, the prices are not worth if you have a problem (wich is very probable)
