Woman knew that she was displaying a fake bape tee in a window front for at least 2 weeks before selling it to me. I called her about it and she said that it's does say on the tag that it's a fake but none of the staff informed me of this matter before I purchased it. Staff are friendly but that's how you end up trusting such a business that sells fakes and won't refund them. Otherwise none of their "real second hand" items are second hand price. Absolute joke ting your staff should let people know that they are selling fakes. Don't come here. Waste of money.

Love this shop! Always friendly & helpful staff & the most organised & tidy dress agency I’ve come across! The displays always looks clean & classic. Found so many treasures & bargains for last minute occasions & sold so many of my clothes here. Love the quick turn around, always paid on time & unsold items are returned promptly or donated to charity. Well done to the manager & her team for surviving the lockdown.

I was not aware u needed appointment to go..was greeted with great hostility..they should say that on the Web site..I explain it was hard for me to get out in a car due to being disabled but ..she did not care...I said she she put on site appointments only she said she asked original owners to remove Web page..why has she not made her own..disgraceful..would not recommend
