The staff here are rude especially BILLIE JEAN HENRY and talk to you like something on the bottom of there shoe I’ve been homeless for over a month now through no fault of my own Ive been sleeping outside in 37 degree heat I’ve not been offered a single piece of help or directed to any organisations who can help or assist me members of the public have done more for me than encompass have 3MONTHS later still homeless emailed the address below no response, now care for a child full time still haven’t heard back I’ve not been offered no help or support at all this place is pointless
