This company was amazing to start with. And now it is gone down hill hugely! Clothes are never matched property, they just feel like they are bought in bulk and tailored to your preference. To start with it use to feel like people were genuinely putting effort in. Really disappointed as this was such a great idea and was a great company in it’s early days, I imagine it won’t last long if it continues down this route. It’s needs to maintain its customers and its lost me recently purely because it no longer has its personal touch and variety. I don’t think this company will last long unless it changes back how it was originally.

If i could rate this company 0 stars i would. Nothing but hassle. They make it impossible to return the box (which is packed full of random and overpriced clothes). The few items i kept, they messed up taking my payment and accused me of theft when they called me mid-week for payment and i said to wait until friday (due to the whole process taking so long id spent money on living). Really rude staff and pointless process to get 2 items of clothing!
