Five stars ++ for Enchanted Rose. Choosing a florist miles away has always been difficult but what a wise choice I made, after being let down by online firms. My family and I were astounded by the level of care, kindness and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble: literally going that extra mile to make sure my sister's birthday was special. She was astounded when I told her how helpful Lisa and her staff had been. The photos she sent of the beautiful bouquet were lovely but she said they didn't do it justice - neither does 5 stars ++. I have never come across a firm with such customer satisfaction at its heart. Outstanding. So thank you Lisa and your wonderful staff. A small firm but with a very big heart.
