I chose James Woods at Enable Law as he showed sensitivity as well as expertise in my case, which involved an accident at work. I liked the fact that it didn't seem about profit but dealing with a situation that shouldn't have happened in the most understanding and thorough way to get the best result for me. I had seen other laywers but they seemd rather hard or I would have been given a case handler but not individual attention, which James did give me. He explained everything thoroughly along the way so that I always had a good understanding. Resolution did unfortunately take time, partly due to the nature of the case and of course Covid, but we got there in the end and a big thank you to James.

My case was transferred to Enable Law by a troubled law firm that had basically put me at huge risk of losing a case due to it being mishandled for 4 years. The transfer was done at 11’th hour and over Christmas period, if the deadline had been missed it would have left me picking up the pieces for the rest of my life. I was very skeptical at first but James Wood took on the task of 5+ huge boxes of paperwork on the 22nd of December and endeavoured to create the best possible outcome within weeks working around the clock. Julia dealt with an injury claim for my father in law, who sadly passed away during the claim process, throughout the claim Julia was very polite, explained the legal process in detail to my father in law who felt at ease during the process, sadly after he passed we needed to wrap the claim up but during this time Julia was sympathetic, professional and patient.
