Do not phone this company! They use a premium number which they make money from. I think it is bad enough that disabled people have to pay more in general for services and now they are being charged premium rates to use the phone. It’s difficult enough to find adapted or accessible rooms, so it’s a shame that firms then want to charge more money to try and ‘help ‘disabled people. They sounded very plausible taking details about my needs but I now think it was just to keep me on the phone ( I had a terrible shock when my phone bill arrived 😫and they did not come up with any suitable holiday options 😬
