I made an appointment at Ena last year. Was very excited, based on all the positive reviews. I had bleached ends (ombre) and wanted to get rid of those and just wear my natural hair. My natural hair colour is mouse blonde and during my visit, my hair has been fully dyed to ginger-brown colour. I've expressed to the hair stylist that I'm not happy with that, but she reassured me that it will wash out in the next two weeks. Well, it's been months and my hair is still the same colour. Not only that, but I also have massive roots showing now. The total I paid was £277, which is a crazy amount of money, considering, I have to fix it somewhere else and spend the same amount of money again. The stylist and the staff are very nice, the salon is super comfy, the cut was ok, it's just the colouring that's incredibly disappointing. I've attached pictures of my natural hair colour and what I looked like after my visit at Ena for reference :(

The salon is great - lovely interiors with wonderful touches of greenery. I'd booked for a hair treatment and a hair cut / blow dry. I was working with Jon who was beyond lovely. Jon not only recommended a gorgeous hair cut but suggested I go without a hair treatment given my hair didn't need it! It's great to see that the stylists listen attentively and really care about the customers; a shout-out to the lovely products being used. Extremely happy with my hair & the great tips provided in managing it - I feel like a new person! Thank you team Ena - will be visiting again for sure!

I LOVEEE this salon, its so incredible and so worth it. Went in with a lot of colour on my hair from a previous hair style and wanted to get it back to a nice colour for my everyday life. Magdalena did an incredible job at colouring it and I cannot thank her enough for how amazing she is. All the staff here are brilliant and I love every single time I come here. Stell is my saviour. Whenever I have a big day or an event ahead I know I must come see him. A key memory of his work was day 1 with him when after getting a haircut I walked out the salon and the lovely lady gave my hair a compliment and I felt like Peter Parker from Spiderman 3 when he's feeling himself walking down the street. He does my hair like an artist painting a canvas. A precise one and knows what works best for my head shape and what doesnt. Always a nice catch up as well. Discovering Ena Salon was like discovering a gem in London. Lovely hospitality and staff:)

I have very curly 3C hair and loved the cut I got! I was very sceptical when booking as usually only go to curly hair places, but was so pleasantly surprised! Ana was amazing; she does a mixture of wet and dry cutting and gave me exactly what I wanted!!! Julian who washed my hair was also very lovely. Will definitely be back!
