Kevin runs a very friendly professional service where all work needed to be done is fully explained and is always there to help when needed. My ebike motor terminally failed on a late Sunday afternoon. In panic I called EMTB, not even thinking of the day and time, I was greeted politely by Kevin and reassured that my issues could be assessed and "could I drop the bike in the next day" The motor had indeed failed and would require a rebuild, I was also offered an internal upgrade. I gladly accepted the work required and my bike was delivered back to my house on Thursday lunchtime. It actually seems better than new now and a 12 month warranty is also ace Thank you Kevin and the team

Recently booked an ebike tour with Kevin on the South Downs with my husband & 20 year old son. Being a mtb rider myself, I must say I was a bit sceptical, however it levelled out our fitness so we could all enjoy the ride together. Kevin took time to ensure we were all set up correctly & gave lots of hints & tips to my son, who was a bit timid to start with. ( Not by the end of the ride ! ) We took in some stunning countryside along byways & bridal paths , & even managed to squeeze in a quick pint / lunch on route. A fabulous day out, great value for money. Only downside is I’m now hooked! Fortunately Kevin offers a hire service so I can still explore further & gain more expert help.
