    Spending £16 on a suit dry clean that they were unable to clean. Ended up treating it 3 times without consulting me about it and then when they told me they were unable to get all of the stains out they were unable to show me where the remaining stains were until I went home and started shining a light over it. Would not recommend.

    The staff here are really friendly and provide a good service. I forgot about my dry cleaning for ages as I was away with work, but a quick phone call to say it would be a few weeks before I picked it up and they were happy to hold it. Not sure if they have a hold policy but this would have definitely surpassed that. Will definitely use again.
