Went in looking for a present, and met by Cristina who was warm, friendly and seemed everything was no problem whether would buy or not, showing and letting us try on any omega watch. She made us feel like she giving us grand treatment and we came away with a great watch buying experience and memory for wife's birthday. Trying go in quick buy earrings becomes chore. Only one other customer in there.waiting 15 mins. More team than customers but they couldn't find stock for first customer. Lady apologised several times hence the extra *. Training or support needed. I was a 5 min sale early morning.

Very poor customer experience. Have wasted time going back and forth to the shop even after being invited to see the watch I wanted to buy. Then told I cannot buy the watch unless I buy other items and set up a profile! Just a con to get me to buy other expensive jewellery! Not recommended!
