From my initial contact phone call to the EMR response call after having applied online to have my car scrapped to todays pick up by the most pleasant EMR Employee, every contact, every info was precise and clear and without fail. Not only that, only a few hours after pick up, I was emailed the Certificate of Destruction and the monies quoted to the Ā£Sterling had been transferred into my account. I am absolutely in awe of this level of service in 2021 in London. Many, many thanks for making it so easy!
