Used this yard for 40 years plus but really is going down hill fast. Latest manager is joke. And got this moody young lad with base ball hat at ticket office hu is down right rude. Then I go to shed to weigh my copper and confronted by yet another moody geezer. No wonder not much queues anymore

Horrible!! They couldn't find my account details at the weigh point, because a card system had been introduced since my last visit. Went to reception and was told my account didn't exist. The guy had spelt my name wrong, then used my middle name instead of my first name despite my spelling both names out to him.. We got there in the finish, but this is the second bad experience I've had at this site. Never again!

I turned up and queued for 10 mins behind two other vehicles. When it was my turn, I parked on the weighbridge and went to the window. No one was there, I rang the two buzzers multiple times and had no response. Very bizarre. The van behind me had the same problem as I spoke to him as I was leaving. Terrible experience and waste of my time and fuel.
