Honest As possible
changed it to 2 stars as they gave me a quick response asking me to email them so that they can get someone to call me.... No I won't be doing as the whole point is get staff to answer the phone or a new phone system. Or cancel your phone and just put an email address........... Have to say what an absolute waste of time this company is I've been trying to ring them for over a week to get rid of my dad's old copper pipes as his garage is full. Ring and ring and ring and ring morning noon or later nobody ever ever picks up the phone. Why advertise if you don't want business.
