straight in no messing very helpful staff i asked a couple questions things i was not sure of they did not just say yes or no they explained things to me i would highly recommend EMR to anyone well done keep up the good work and when weighing with car when coming off i was asked to step of the side i was standing on the lady said if you stand their your taking money off your pay because my weight was not on when weighing in this shows me they are honest and fare thank you MR HARRY CORNWELL

Gone downhill rapidly in the past 6 months. Waste of time. Will pay less then quoted for cars but without telling you so you just end up with less money after you’ve left, slow, hard work. no manager present and nobody to speak to - nobody has a clue what’s going on. Used to be the best in Ashford but now the worst. Go elsewhere if you want your money.
