Empress Bar and Grill is a quaint restaurant and bar behind Samis Wholesale business. It is just a few table across the room for people to get food, drinks and chill out after a long work day. Closing time is by 9pm, so it is not a club or midnight lounge. I didn't get the food this time, so I can't speak of the food. The staff was relatable and friendly and my enquiries were adequately addressed.
