    I have been training with the team for around three months and began with limited confidence and an unhealthy attitude.     Amazing! So Glad i found this alternative to a standard Gym! Really Friendly, Uplifting and Support Group of ladies and coaches, Exercises can be scaled down or up to suit different levels of requirements and the trainers are great at doing this. I was broken when i started with massive joint inflammation and other issues but they have helped me take back some element of control over my body and helped me regain strength in my joints. After 9 months i am definately less broken, fitter, stronger and toned. I am so glad that i found this Gym as i couldn't face the thought if joining a traditional gym and feeling judged! Here you are never judged & never useless instead you are encouraged to grow and achieve things you never thought possible!

Small group training means the trainers get to know you well enough so that our fitness journeys are unique to each person as opposed to meandering round a gym wondering what to do that works for you.
