I was very disappointed in the facial I had. I was left in a room alone for about 15 minutes with a steamer on my face - a good therapist stays in the room with you. The therapist was up and down, and out of the room throughout the entire hour. Towards the end, I was told to get up, pick up my things, and move to another room, as she was running late and needed to prepare for the next client. I moved rooms and was there on my own for a few minutes, then she came in and finished my treatment. I was rushed in, rushed through, and rushed out - and charged £90 for it. I passed on feedback and nothing was done about it - so I will not return. Expensive and unprofessional.
