They failed my claim against dominos even though employment judge Faulkner stated the respondent exhibited 100% ignorance and couldn’t have mishandled the case any worse. I was clearly discriminated by the judge as they passed the other white claimant in his case against Sainsbury’s based on the supermarket showing ignorance towards his disability. Most recently I appealed to the EAT after an independent barrister found massive wrongdoing in EJ falkeners judgment. EJ falkener wants locking up for deliberately obstructing me from justice.

It is impossible to get hold of anyone. Calls don't get answered, emails aren't replied to, court hearings are frequently cancelled at late or no notice. This severely prejudices people who have to use the Tribunal service and are unable to get responses to urgent applications etc. Staff generally nice and helpful on the very rare occasion you get through to anyone

This office is the most worst employment tribunal office ever, they never pick up your call. They don't reply to your emails. They require you to follow strict deadlines but they dont themselves. When you call and speak to them, they fob you off. On average you have to call them 23 times and stay on the phone till ringing stops and call back again. You will be lucky to get some incompetent individual to answer your call. UK justice system for the workers. So wonderful.
