The quality of the decision making and questioning is reasonable from my experience, as supposed to other ET experiences outside of London.

Have been trying to get through to speak to someone about my case for a total of 3 hours just today. Have called multiple times this week just for a robot to say "we're too busy, call back later" when I finally get through the phone just rings seemingly forever (I've waited for 1hr30mins twice today) at the start of the call it says your busy hours are 9am-10:30am...I call BS I don't think there's anyone manning these phone lines at all. Probably a government scheme to help big corporations and shaft the peasants. I'll be coming to the offices to see if there's anyone there ASAP.

I’ve been calling about a current case I submitted in jan and I’ve been calling for literally months and no answer I wait in the line ringing for 1hr and 45 mins quite regularly. I sent emails and no response. My job I’m taking to court think I’ll a job as I said I’m starting g legal proceedings but they have heard nothing. And when I once got through they hadn’t even put my ET1 form together with the separate attachment I sent after so I was concerned it would be over looked and the second document was of great importance. I don’t understand why it takes months to get through it’s disgusting. This is meant to be a support system for people that are disabled that have already been done wrong in the work place.

1hour and 27mins queuing to speak with someone regards the fact they haven't replied to my emails in 2 months.... and counting - it's now 3:20pm apparently the busy time was 6hours ago... still waiting. Pretty ridiculous.

I am posting from my nieces account but let me tell you about my experience. The staff were very intimidating and they kept giving me weird glances as if to say "who is she and what is she doing here" even though the cases are open to the public to view. As a law student, I was requested to come for my studies, not that I would really enjoy observing a case on my day off. The blonde women who works there, with her rude and sarcastic "erm the stairs are there" comment when I went the wrong way, was not needed. As if I was obliged to know this, especially if there was no sign and I hadn't been here before. I think your staff need a bit of awareness and acceptance of people observing the case and not to make them feel so intimidated and so unwelcomed. Although, the guys at reception were very friendly and the only thing allowing me to give it two stars and not less. I won't be coming here again even if they paid me too.
