A complete time waster. I am sure this company can move pianos if only they turn up. I should have been suspicious by the amount of telephone calls I had to make to pin them down to arrange a time to move my piano. Having taken the day off work, it was frustrating that they didn't turn up at the arranged time. When I called then, I was told they'd left a message on my voicemail (not true). I was then assured that they would be with me at some point during the afternoon and surprise, surprise they didn't turn up at all. I have had no apology or communication from them. Do not use, people like this don't deserve any business.
