We’ve had a wonderful experience with both James and Jessica. We asked 4 companies for quotes and Empire Lofts were the first to respond right away, while I had to chase others. They also ended up the cheapest too. Being that I had zero knowledge on the subject, they were both extremely knowledgeable and supportive. You worry that costs might add up with jobs like this, but Empire Lofts were clear on all the options and cost prior to the work which really benefited us. We had a new hatch and the hole moved to a different space in the room, with ladders attached. We also had the loft boarded with extra insulation, which was completed on 4-5 hours. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and HIGHLY recommend to those in need of extra storage.

From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. The remote valuation was easy to do with some photographs. They know their Lofts! They were able to do the fitting a couple of weeks after the quote. When it came to fitting, they were great! All done and dusted in a few hours, even with time for a demonstration on how to use the hatch and ladder properly. Really happy with the finished job!

I needed to get my loft boarded in order to get my central heating repaired. James and Jessica went out of their way to help because it was an emergency. They called other customers to ask if they could move their work and then James worked after hours in order to complete the work before the central heating engineer was due to arrive.
