Hired empire limos for a 16 seater hummer for the bridal party and a rolls Royce for Me and my partner ( bride and groom). the initial booking reservation was sound however on the day I just didn’t get the service that was described. The bridal party described the interior of the limo as ‘ outdated’ considering the price paid. The champagne glasses were very dirty (couldn’t drink from them) and mismatched. The service was to include bubbly for the bridal party and bride and groom. Bride and groom didn’t get any bubbly at all and the bridal party didn’t have enough for the people seated. The driver made an unnecessary comment in relation to the drinks Bride and grooms driver was lovely but the bridal party driver was described as very rude. Due to the church ceremony going slightly Over we arrived at the last destination 15 minutes over time. A few guests had informed me that on the day the drivers had pressured several people that if £110 wasn’t paid they would leave us all at the church which put damper on things. We got To the final destination 15 mins later than scheduled time which I don’t think is worth £110 I called empire Limos afterwards to express how unhappy I was with the service to give them a chance to rectify the situation but nothing was done to rectify it. I was told that bubbly is complementary and I was offered a discount for hiring another vehicle I expressed that I wouldn’t be hiring from them again as I have no need and the service wasn’t great. It is disappointing because Now I wish I went with another company. From a customers point of view we expected you to provide what was agreed initially. Its a shame I have to leave a bad review but this really put a damper on my day and I don’t think that there was any sympathy in regards to the errors on the day. I should have read the bad reviews as they are accurate

We used empire limo's to transport our bridal party to the venue. They couldn't sing the drivers praises loud enough, cracking bloke, very attentive, escorted everyone into the venue with an umbrella due to it raining. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Where do I begin, Jennifer and the team exceeding our expectations. My husband and I hired cars from the company for our wedding and they did not disappoint. As a stressed bride to be Jennifer really calmed me down. She was so understanding, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. The team made us feel like royalty; the chauffeur even helped me fixed my dress. They provided champagne the bridesmaids and groomsmen had a little party in the hummer on the way to the church they entire was a vibe. Thank you Jennifer and the team and see you again !!

He took the time to take multiple pictures for us & helped everyone in & out of the Hummer. There were drinks waiting and we were helped to connect to the stereo. Would recommend this service.
