Awful customer service. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. The escalator was switched off again. It's meant to be switched off when it's not busy. However, this was a Friday evening. Next, a very simple problem to solve. Mixed popcorn should be mixed as advertised, not layered. Having bought three large boxes, at a cost of 17.85, when asked whether I could get another box so I could mix the contents, I was offered a pick and mix bag, smaller than an airline sick bag! It's impossible to mix. According to the manager, it is too expensive to offer me another cardboard box, but it's not too expensive to offer me a pick and mix bag. If so, then have a bucket behind the counter to mix it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist. Having gone to the cinema with my family and spent almost 80 pounds on tickets and refreshments, I would expect better from a manager who clearly can not manage and needs a course on customer service. No wonder the cinema industry is going down the pan. Will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Good staff but it was way too hot in the cinema. I went a couple of weeks ago with my friend and it was boiling.

We went to the Wednesday Seniors show at 11 am. Open to over 50s, we paid our £3.75p and could chose tea or coffee and biscuits. We then saw the film Otto, staring Tom Hanks. Fantastic film, made me cry and laugh in equal measures. We really enjoyed ourselves, lovely cup of tea, really good film and comfortable seats, really good value. There are two disabled parking spaces and a multi floor car park outside the Cinema. We will definitely be going again.
