It’s frustrating that it is a lovely old cinema that seems to be ran by teenagers who don’t really give the impression they want to be there. The lights were left on for our showing for example. Maybe it was because it was a matinee but I’d hope that some care would be taken no matter what screening. I doubt I’d go back. Shame as we could do with a decent indie cinema in this area.

Just got back from watching 'A man called Otto'. It was absolutely amazing over all, the film was really moving and there was a nice atmosphere. The cinema is super cute, it's old fashioned but with loads of character. Tickets were only £6 each for adults which was very reasonable. Only downfall was that the seats aren't very staggered so when I had a tall person sit in front of me, I had to move as my view was really blocked and I couldn't see the full screen. Not a problem as around half the cinema was empty so there was spare seats to move along in to, it would have been a bit of a problem though if it was fully booked. We will be keeping an eye on upcoming screenings and will most definitely be back for another date night.
