I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Julia in the store. I popped in a month ago as I was walking past and she let me try on some shoes between her appointments. I came back with an appointment to try on some more shoes in my size and Julia was there again and was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! Bought the shoes there an then and cannot wait to receive them and wear them on the big day!!! Xxx

Emmy sent me sample shoes to try on in lockdown last year, and once the restrictions eased I visited the store and made the decision to buy a custom pair of wedding shoes. They are absolutely exquisite, and looked wonderful on the day.

I have wide feet and used the bespoke service. The whole process was really easy and fuss free. Shoes were even posted to me to try on to see what size, type of heel etc. I love my wedding shoes and after the wedding got them dyed by the recommended supplier in the FAQ section on the website, I can now wear them again and again!

I had assumed I would buy my bridal shoes from here as I love their style. I popped in with my Mum and we’re told they were an appointment only store (not mentioned on the door or website). We asked if we could briefly browse and would leave as soon as her appointment arrived. I was looking for a 37 and she claimed there were none on the shop floor and we should come back for an appointment. I asked what the point of coming back for an appointment was when she claimed they had no shoes in my size. My Mum found a pair on the shop floor and we tried them on and unfortunately they aren’t suited to narrow feet. The shop assistant honestly couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. An awkward encounter.

I just had a really negative experience while shopping for my wedding shoes. I have wide feet and just had a baby which made them even wider. Nothing fit me and the woman who was supposed to be helping me came up with no alternatives. I love shoes so had budgeted a lot to splurge for my special day, but I've decided spend that money on buying my guests more drinks instead! Definitely avoid this shop, not the service I expected from a luxury brand.

Emmy was very friendly from the first time I met her at the shop. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, she devoted ample of time during my appointment to ensure that I can find the perfect shoes for my wedding. She accommodated all my requests and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Also, my shoes arrived perfectly on time as promised without any delays. The shoes despite being high heels were so comfortable that really made my wedding day even more pleasant. Needless to say, that everyone loved my shoes. I would highly recommend Emmy to any bride who is looking for the perfect wedding shoes.
