DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are happy to take your money and then damage the furniture you bought while they take it apart! Then…. Wait for it…. No we can’t refund! Apparently it’s a homeless charity that works! HA.. okay more like homeless thieves. The so called stock is DIRTY, SMELLS and looks like it’s been picked up from the side of the road. God forbid someone buys an electrical appliance from this so called charity. Charity in their back pocket more like! And yes EMMAUS WORK I’ve been polite leaving this review believe me! (Look forward to your reply if you can even be bothered to do so)

Great stuff maybe. They repair and recy le giving homeless people accommodation. Of course you have to visit frequently as stuff comes and goes but great bargains to be found.

Will never go in this store again! One staff member in particular, thought it appropriate to walk round drinking from a can and burping, followed by sitting in one of the chairs sneezing and wiping his nose with his hand and then wiping it down wherever. On our exit we were then treated to another very loud belch. Discusting behaviour!

A pleasant place to visit if your on a budget all item of many sorts are priced fairly I like their items and won't buy anywhere else pop in you might be surprised I would recommend with out a doubt .

I bought a old oak dresser & the guys in the shop were so very helpful! They carried it out to my car & unfortunately wouldn’t fit but they was so lovely, put it aside & my family member then came & collected & they did the heavy lifting again, didn’t get their names but a big thank you to them both!💙

Having arrived to collect the furniture that they had said they would, they rudely, with no thought for our loss, cherry picked the best, destroying a chest of drawers in the process and just leaving behind the remainder. Wouldn't entertain using again, St Helena Hospice will empty my fathers home.
