I visit Emmaus Coventry so for the first time, I visit the store in Coventry exact 9 am, the shop was not open, it says on the board 9:00, I called on the voicemail says opening hours are 9:30, the staff come at 9:30 and said 10 am the shop opens, I am going other shop and I am 10:20 again there, the staff says again the store is not open until the manager comes, I'm leaving, the service is zero, customer service zero, everywhere improvement requested, otherwise let it close and send staff home .

I visit Emmaus so for the first time, and wish I had been sooner. The guys in the shop where do helpful and friendly and chatty with my young children. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Arranged delivery for the large items, I took the smaller ones, and left very happy. Thank you for all you do.
