First time for my friend Robert and i yesterday, loved the whole shop starting with the the lovely welcome at the book section (my apologies but i didn't catch his name ) but to be honest all the staff were lovely from the bric a brac through to the cafe, we felt free to wander round with no hassle, bought quite a few things at great prices and my husband loves his box sets of Die Hard and Rambo, will definitely be going again and again and again...
