Went into the store yesterday and a female worker was screaming and being rude to other staff members totally uncalled for and shameful behaviour made customers feel awkward female colleague had no interest in coming out from the back to serve customers. The other colleagues we spoke to were lovely shame they have to put up bullying behaviour

Can’t comment on collection. Tried to donate table. Rang before hand to see if possible told all fine. On arrival told by four people standing around that they only accept tables WITH chairs. Despite having loads of spare chairs in shop. Will take elsewhere.
