I love this place. What this charity does for people who have been or are homeless is amazing. On reading some of the negative reviews I canโ€™t believe what some people are saying. If you have ever been homeless and needed help then Iโ€™m sure your attitudes would change. Keep up the great work ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘

Great shop some good members of staff but one very rude member who a made a complaint about a while ago about his reaction to me using my card and his reaction to it being under threshold and he had an adult hissyfit...recently getting irate over the prices of dvd boxset and shouting across the room check his/their bags implying theft of dvds when you clearly have bought in the four figures. My previous complaint was brushed off as oh they were homeless not good people skills, get a better homeless person...
